Refund Policy

At Scalix, we are committed to providing high-quality, tailored marketing services. Due to the custom nature of our work — including paid advertising management, video ad production, and strategy sessions — we maintain a transparent and fair approach to refunds and cancellations.
We do not offer refunds for services that have already been delivered, substantially prepared, or initiated. This includes strategy consultations that have taken place, ad campaigns that have been set up or launched, and video content where filming or editing has begun. Because each service is tailored to the specific needs of each client, our time and creative input are invested from the moment work begins.
Clients may reschedule strategy sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without prior communication are not eligible for a refund. We understand that emergencies can happen, so we encourage clients to contact us at scalixmarketing56@gmail.com if any issues arise — and we’ll do our best to be flexible where appropriate.

If a deposit or retainer is taken for a larger project or service package, this payment is considered non-refundable unless Scalix is unable to complete the service due to internal circumstances. Deposits help secure your booking and cover the time spent planning and preparing your campaign or content.
For clients enrolled in a monthly membership package, you may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing. However, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle once services have begun. This includes any strategy planning, video content development, or ad campaign work delivered within the active month.
We reserve the right to update this policy as needed. Any changes will be published on this page with the date of the latest revision. By continuing to use our services, you agree to the most current version of this refund policy.
