Refund Policy

At Scalix, we specialise in AI-driven lead reactivation, helping businesses unlock revenue from their existing databases with a performance-based model. Because our service operates on a pay-per-sale system, where clients are only billed for verified sales generated through our behavioural AI outreach, we maintain a transparent and fair approach to refunds and cancellations that reflects the nature of our work.

 

We do not offer refunds for results that have already been delivered. Once a sale has been generated and verified as originating from our AI system, the associated fee is final and non-refundable. From the moment a campaign begins, our technology, messaging, optimisation, and system resources are deployed to re-engage your leads, meaning time and operational costs are immediately invested on our side. Since billing is based strictly on successful outcomes, refunds are not applicable to any sales recorded before cancellation or termination of service.

Clients are free to pause or cancel their campaign at any time by contacting us at scalixmarketing56@gmail.com. Cancellation will immediately stop all future outreach to your database; however, any sales produced prior to the cancellation request will still be billed, as they are considered completed results. Because each campaign begins with data processing, AI setup, message sequencing, and account configuration, no refunds can be issued once a campaign cycle has started.

Lead quality and internal sales processes remain the responsibility of the client.

 

Scalix is not liable for inaccurate or outdated data within a lead list, unreachable contacts, or sales opportunities lost due to delays or failures within your internal system. Our service is complete once a previously unresponsive lead has been re-engaged and handed back to your business. Verification of completed sales may be conducted using CRM entries, call logs, client-provided documentation, or any mutually agreed evidence to ensure transparency and accuracy.

If a monthly subscription, platform access fee, or campaign management fee applies within your chosen plan, this payment is considered non-refundable for the current billing period once the service has begun. You may cancel future billing cycles at any time, but work already completed during the active month—including lead processing, message optimisation, monitoring, and support—is not eligible for a refund.

 

Scalix reserves the right to decline service or discontinue a campaign if we detect fraudulent data, misuse of the service, abusive behaviour, or any activity that violates ethical or legal standards. In such cases, any results delivered prior to discontinuation will still remain billable. No refunds will be issued for work already completed.

 

We may update this policy as needed. Any changes will be reflected on this page along with the date of revision. By continuing to use our services, you agree to the most recent version of this policy.
